Welcome to Emmanuel Baptist Church.

We believe that love and respect should govern the way we interact with one another. No matter where you come from, who you are, or how you identify yourself, there is a place for you here at Emmanuel.

COMING UP…

This Season at Emmanuel…

Hey Everyone!

We have begun a teaching series entitled Soil, Seeds, Roots that will help us journey through the season of Lent. Lent is a season for reflection and taking stock – a time in which we work to create space for God to enter into our lives and re-focus our living.

As Pádraig Ó Tuama writes, let us say hello to turning towards life. Hello to confession, to having the courage to know one’s own self with clarity. Hello to an openness to correction and change, to humility and apologies. Hello to the “with-us-ness” of our God; the God who weeps and eats, grieves and sleeps, dies and rises with us.  Hello to asking for help - from God and from each other. Hello to asking for forgiveness - from God and from each other.

May we say hello to God’s restoring, redeeming, patient lovingkindness.

Sunday Services

Our weekly community gathering is on Sunday at 10:30 am.

Music, prayer, stories, Bible texts, teaching, communion, art, and interactive community moments are all regular components of the liturgy.

Kids programming is available for children up to Grade 6. We host our Youth option (MUSE) on the first Sunday of every month.

Drop us a note if you have any questions we can help you with or come visit in person.

Our service and sermon archive is also available on our livestream page.
